The apartments have all the amenities that you need. There’s Fairport Electric, there’s a washer and dryer, there’s a microwave, it’s stainless steel, there’s marble countertops, there’s central air, there’s a garage.

I love having my coffee in the morning or reading my book out on my balcony. The apartments are very sound proof and very nicely decorated. They have put into the apartments quality carpeting, tile bathroom floors and very nice counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms! They also keep the landscaping and entrance to apartments in beautiful condition!
